Wantima Country Club Wedding – Wendy & Grant

What a perfect Autumn wedding at Wantima Country Club in the North of Brisbane with Wendy & Grant, actually you would be forgiven for thinking it was a hot summers day.  With a stunning backdrop of the Golf Club and a great location at Warner Lakes nearby, both Georgia and I had so much fun with Wendy & Grant and some close friends and family.

After the ceremony and the group shots on the lush green backdrop of the Country Club, we decided to head directly to Warner Lakes nearby for some shade, wine & Cheese and of course some photo’s.  Just before we arrived at our location (and a wrong turn here and there – and a big thanks for our official navigator Georgia) we noticed a industrial wall covered in bright colourful graffiti, where Georgia and I immediately thought, we need to come back this way.

On arriving at Warner Lakes, we managed to get some stunning bridal party portraits just before the champagne, wine and cheese was served.  A huge thank you to Deanne and her mum for all of their efforts in making the day relaxed for Wendy and Grant.  We proceeded to find another great location at Warner Lakes before heading back to the graffiti wall for some great groom & groomsmen portraits.

Once we returned to the Golf Course, (much cooler) and after the all important family and friends portraits, we tried our luck in the golf carts, driving to some of the stunning and unique locations on the golf course including the historical Bake House.

The reception was held at Wantima Country Club with a huge Buffet dinner waiting for the Wendy & Grant’s return.
